The Etzatlán Processing Facility

A fully equipped metallurgical and assay lab

Multiple gold and silver mines and stockpile agreements

Exclusive rights to rGO nanotechnology for enhanced recovery

Tequila and Las Jimenez stockpile — both producing assets contributing to quarterly revenue — are core components of AABB’s growing revenue model.

2. Operations & Infrastructure

Etzatlán Processing Facility

  • Commissioned: May 2025
  • Phase 2 expansion-2026
  • Designed for scalable throughput
  • Equipped to process ore from secured stockpiles and company mines

Metallurgical & Assay Laboratory

  • Fully operational
  • Provides on-site, real-time metal verification
  • Enhances transparency and internal quality control

Mines (Active & In Development)

  • Tequila Mine – An active, producing joint venture gold mine. Tequila delivered improved performance in 2025 through better grade recoveries, higher daily throughput, and reduced operating costs. AABB expects to maintain this level of output going forward, with continued focus on higher-grade recovery and evaluating additional processing synergies with the Etzatlán facility.
  • La Paz Mine – The Company plans to reactivate exploration in Q1 2026 with Phase III drilling campaign.
  • Zodiac Mine – In development (Phase 1)
  • Picachos IV Mine – After completing Phase 1 drilling, AABB reactivated exploration in June 2026 with a new 15,000-meter Phase 2 program. As of September 2026, the Company reported approximately 25% of the program complete (roughly 3,800 of 15,000 meters), with an assay result of 9.04 g/t Au over 16.0m, including 12.32 g/t Au over 8.0m. Drilling is ongoing.

Stockpile Agreements

  • Stockpile #1 (2022): Las Jimenez – Las Jimenez Stockpile
AABB’s original large-scale gold and silver ore stockpile agreement, located in Etzatlán, Jalisco, Mexico. Ore from Las Jimenez is being actively processed at the Company’s on-site plant, which has scaled its throughput to over 600 tons of ore per day. This stockpile continues to serve as a core ongoing feedstock source for AABB’s gold and silver production.
  • Stockpile #2 (2026):Las Calabasa –
In September 2026, AABB finalized a new long-term processing and production agreement covering the large-scale La Calabasa gold and silver ore stockpile, also located in Etzatlán, Jalisco. The Company holds exclusive rights to purchase and process ore from this stockpile at an economically viable price point. Estimated ore value is expected to exceed $1 billion, surpassing the Company’s original Las Jimenez agreement and representing one of the largest asset additions in AABB’s history. Property boundaries and title verification have been completed, and the Company is now advancing processing planning, material evaluation, and production sequencing, with further details to be announced as this work progresses.
